Mr Bhanot is presently lead clinician for Laparoscopy and Innovation in the Department of Urology at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust.

He regularly contributes to departmental and regional management issues. He is also presently playing an active role in international urology through the auspices of SIU.
